Highlights from our first successful live stream event - Mantis Enters the Cave. This event took place last Saturday for adult and kid team members. For mantis boxing we focused on two applications from lán jié ('to intercept') - the double push defense to waist chop, and two-strike combo intercept to the throw. Then we hit the ground for Brazilian jiu-jitsu class and focused on the hook, pluck to the guillotine, and the arm bar attack from the mount.

Mat or carpet for BJJ
Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera.
Invite for session will be sent out in advance to team members.
