This Saturday rain is strongly forecasted mixed with cooler temperatures cutting into our outdoor Mantis in the Wild training sessions. Not an ideal training day. While we could make it work, I have an exciting backup plan.
As some of you know, we’ve been hard at work these past months getting our new video studio/streaming space built out. It took a bit longer than we wanted, but the final touches were completed over Thanksgiving weekend and it is now ready to go.
So this Saturday, we’ll enter the cave and try class online!!!
I’ll update the details down below. These training sessions are open to team members.

What you need:
6x6 area (8x8 preferred) to train in.
Mats or carpet for BJJ
Computer, or smartphone with camera.
Invite for session will be sent out in advance to team members.

9:30 am - Kids Mantis Boxing
10:15 am - Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
11:00 am - Mantis Boxing
12:00 pm - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
